When individuals are operating in their Godly purpose, they are no longer just helping but actually being producers of the vision. This workshop will help ministry leaders move individuals from being just a volunteer to a producer for the ministry. The workshop will help leaders understand the importance of having individuals serve in their ministry gifts to maximize impact and minimize frustration and high turnover. The session will focus on:

Leadership Development is important in achieving the mission of the Church. Effective leaders multiply for impact. That multiplication comes from developing leaders not training followers. It was so important that Jesus himself modeled leadership development. The goal of this session is to help leaders learn how to transform others from where they are currently to reaching their full potential of who God created them to be. This session will focus on:

  • Equipping others with the resources they need to grow and develop
